The following Saturdays are open powerlifting meets for boys and girls. There is both JV and Varsity competition for each date.

To qualify for state an athlete would need to have his or her lifts add up to a specific qualifying mark. These marks are based on weight class and gender. Once a qualifying mark is achieved, an athlete is eligible for the state meet in March. You must qualify for Nationals @ State in March to compete OR have met the qualifying total at a USAPL sanctioned meet. We run a meet on Saturday July 9th 2011at Kalahari and this would qualify you for Nationals for the following season.
