  1. PMA – Always believing in success even through setbacks. Having the attitude.
  2. PREPARATION – Practice with a purpose
  3. SELF-DISCIPLINE – Follow all training rules and help others do the same.
  4. COMMITMENT – Make sacrifices to achieve team and individual goals. 
  5. LOYALTY – Always speak in high regard for the powerlifting program and your teammates.
  6. COURAGE – Stand up for things that are right. Be a positive influence. 
  7. PRIDE – Be a “WINNER” in and out of the weight room environment. 
  8. DESIRE – You must possess an internal drive to get better every meet you lift in.
  9. CLASS – Respect others as you strive for success. 
  10. PERSISTENCE – You need to “bounce back” from setbacks and obstacles to be a winner. 
  11. WORK ETHIC – Push yourself into peak condition and finish all sets and reps.
