Getting the job done on the track
The STUDS competition is a series of skilled events in the area of strength & conditioning / speed & agility. STUDS will assess speed, agility, quickness, muscular endurance, strength & power. This years competition will consist of a series of 9 events that will push you to new limits and let you know alot about yourself as an individual. There is both an individual component and a team component to this event. Hope to see you take on the challenge with your teammates.

8:00 - 8:15 AM - Rules Meeting (coaches & lifters)
8:15- 8:30 - Warm-Up
8:30 - Competition Begins
Cost - $160.00 per team (no less than 10 entries allowed and there is no maximum number of team members. Price includes registration, pizza party & beverages after competition & awards.
Awards -
* Medals for 1st-3rd place for all weight divisions by grade level.
* Plaques will be given out to the top individuals in each of the 9 tested areas.
* Large team plaque will be given out to the team that scores the most points and this will be based on a teams "top 10" place winners.
